Thoughts

It was heartbreaking news to discover that my dear Tai Chi student Dejanka Bryant sadly lost her battle with cancer. I was hoping to visit her at the hospice again when I got back from a trip but alas not meant to be...my last visit we departed with blowing kisses to each other💕my deepest condolences to Steve & Hannah as well as all her family, friends & my students who knew her. She was a wonderful character with a fiesty warrior spirit who was very passionate about her Tai Chi. Towards the end we couldn't talk about it as it upset her too much not to be able to do Tai Chi anymore. I was so proud of her when she competed at the London competition 2 years ago while going through chemo treatment. What an achievement!👏 I like to remember her wearing her sun hat, red lipstick and practicing her Tai Chi Spear at my Sifus workshops, outside in the fresh air training with friends and having fun❤️ I received the sad news whilst on holiday so I took time to visit some beautiful places of worship in Venice and lit a candle in her honor🙏🕯RIP Dejanka, may you now be forever free of suffering xxx

I am I and you are you, whatever we were to each other that we still are. Speak to me in the easy way which you always used. Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight? Life means all that it ever meant, it is the same as it ever was.
